This one-hour webinar is the live component of the Oliver McGowan Tier 1 Mandatory Training. After completing the e-learning, participants join an online session co-delivered by a trainer and experts with lived experience. The session introduces key awareness of autism and learning disability, communication differences, reasonable adjustments and how non-clinical staff can support an inclusive environment. The webinar is designed for staff who do not provide direct hands-on care but still interact with service users or influence their experience.
