Experience in training or facilitation recommended.

Course Description

This two-day course equips participants with the knowledge and skills required to deliver the Oliver McGowan Tier 2 mandatory training. The workshop is co-delivered with experts by experience and focuses on effective facilitation, lived-experience perspectives, communication, and applying the training model correctly. On completion, participants become approved facilitators able to deliver the one-day Tier 2 session to staff in their organisation.
